Corrections and updates

This is the message we most want to receive. Rules on this island change quietly, and a reader at a crossing point or a bank counter often sees a change before we do. If a guide is out of date, or you were told something different from what we published, tell us what happened, where and when. We check, update the guide, and record the change in its changelog, and corrections like these are how the site stays worth reading. The editorial policy explains how verification works.

Advertising and partnerships

We work with a small number of relevant advertisers and partners, car hire, travel and services useful to people visiting or moving to the island. Commercial placements never change what a guide says, and our editorial policy sets out the lines we do not cross, including on property. If your business fits, write with a line about what you do and we will come back to you.

Everything else

Questions, suggestions for guides we have not written yet, or anything the site should be doing better: same address. We cannot give personal legal, tax or immigration advice by email, but if your question is one many readers share, it may well become a guide.
